Return Policy

General merchandise can be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase in new condition. With your original receipt and in the original package. Luggage is non returnable. Once your furniture has been picked up or delivered it is non returnable.

Cancellations                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 Any canceled order is subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment less delivery and assembly charges.  If the original method of payment used was cash or check, a refund check will be issued by mail within 21 days after we receive your returned item(s).

Special Order Merchandise
Special order merchandise is not returnable once it has been delivered.  In the case of a special order cancellation, the 50% deposited at the time the order was written is incurred as a cancellation fee.  

Clearance Merchandise
All sales are final for merchandise sold as clearance or AS IS.  There are no refunds, returns nor exchanges for clearance merchandise.  Clearance merchandise is sold as is.

What if my furniture doesn’t fit on delivery?
If your furniture doesn’t fit at the time of delivery the delivery team will take your items back. Any delivery fee is non refundable the delivery fee will still apply even if it doesn’t fit. If you pick it up you can bring it back same day. If there is damage to items we will not take them back

All mattresses/foundations are final sale. We do not take returns on bedding.
